Gary and Yvonne Graham’s Baja on the Fly, already the largest outfitter in Baja, in its continuing pursuit of the “Endless Season” for their clients, now proudly offers Fly-Fishing trips to Guatemala, considered by many to be ultimate waters to seek sailfish on the fly. These prolific waters are the home to one of the largest concentrations of sailfish found anywhere. Year ’round, the boats fishing the area average double digit releases per day. Non-stop action makes Guatemala the best choice for the fly-fishing fanatic seeking not only unbelievable sail-fishing, but other  species as well, including dorado, tuna, roosterfish

What our clients are saying:

Did my fly rod for billfish attitude change after Guatemala? You bet! That sailfish nuclear explosion strike is more breathtaking than the Jackson Jaycees’  Fourth of July aerial  fireworks show.....Paul Bruun     Complete Story

This trip convinced me, Guatemala is my choice if I am looking for outrageous sailfish action. Guide, accommodations and sightseeing first class.......Terry S.

Thank you for a fantastic trip.  I don't believe you can find a greater concentration of Sail Fish then I saw in Guatemala.  One day we raised fish22 different times.  Often multiple fish where raised at the same time.  I actually had two fish fighting to try and get my fly at the same time.  I would highly recommend this trip to anyone who wants to catch a Billfish on a fly.......Jack B.

I have fished all over the world. This was the most fun I have ever had with a flyrod in my hand, period!
There is a thrill casting a fly directly to a sailfish that almost defies description. And that's just the beginning. Fighting a sailfish on fly tackle is a real adrenalin rush as well. I really appreciated seeing the entire fishery being protected with catch and release. Guatemala is a beautiful and diverse country to visit, I would highly recommend visiting Tikal, Lake Atitlan, Chichicastenango and Antigua while people are there......Kim K.     Complete Story
